Marsala Mushroom Chicken over Orzo

Ingredients
Ingredients:*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbspOnions, raw, 1.5 cup, choppedMushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slicesGarlic, 3 cloves chopped or mincedChicken Broth, 1 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1 cup*Holland House Marsala Cooking Wine 4 TbspSalt, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 tspGranulated Sugar, 1 tsp**HERBS & SPICES - Sage, fresh, chopped, 1 tbspThyme, fresh, 1 tsp1/2 cup (dry) orzo2 skinless, boneless chicken breast
Directions

Heat oil in large skillet and add next 3 ingredients, sautee till tender
add all liquid ingredients and spices
bring to a boil then cut down to simmer and cover
meanwhile, sear chicken in sprayed nonstick pan. remove and let rest
add orzo to marsala sauce and bring back to boil, simmer 8 mins
Slice chicken in thin slices and top plated orzo
