Paula's Low Fat Whipped Red Potatoes

Directions
700 grams red potatoes (about 7 small)1/3 cup low fat sour cream1 pkt. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix1/3 cup 2% milk1 tbsp parsley1/2 tsp garlic powdersalt & pepper to taste
1. Rinse potatoes, cut into chunks (leave skin on)
2. Boil potatoes about 15 mins, until tender
3. Drain water from potatoes
4. Add remaining ingredients, mix well with hand mixer until smooth & creamy.
