Vietnamese Quiche

Ingredients
8 large eggs1 pound ground pork1 medium onion, chopped3 Tbsp fish sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix ingredients in mixer or by hand with fork. Pour into square or round casserole/baking dish (approximately 2 quart size). Bake for 45 minutes (+- five minutes depending on the oven). Remove from oven and let cool for another 5 minutes before serving.
