Frosted Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower1 tsp. chicken boullionsalt and pepper1/4 cup water1/4 cup non-fat yogurt1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese1 tsp. yellow mustard
Directions
Clean and cut up cauliflower. Place in casserole dish with 1/4 cup water + 1 tsp. chicken boullion (or 1 cube); salt and pepper to taste. Cover and microwave approx. 10 min. Mix cottage cheese, yogurt & mustard. Stir into cauliflower and bake @ 350 10 min.
