Tuna Salad

Ingredients
1 can white meat tuna packed in water1 tablespoon regular mayo1 teaspoon horseraddish1/4 cup celery, dicedFor the sandwiches:4 slices whole grain breadsliced tomato1-20z baby spinach
Directions
1. Combine drained tuna, mayo, horseraddish, and celery in small bowl. Use a fork to break up the tuna until each chunk has been shredded.

2. Scoop 2 heaping tablespoons onto bread, top with tomato, spinach and other slice of bread, enjoy!

Serving Size: makes 2 sandwhiched
