Candied Clementines

Ingredients
15 Clementines (small oranges) or small navel oranges can be used 15 shots Triple Sec (liqueur) 10 cups Powdered Sugar
Directions
Cut the clementines in half dead center. (DO NOT PEEL)
Soak the clementine halves in a bowl with triple sec
Dip soaked clementines fruit side down into the powdered sugar.
Place the clementine half in a fry pan and cook until caramelized.

When sugar turns light brown they are done. Pop out of pan and get all the caramelized clementine.
