Cheesy Tuna Rice

Ingredients
1 box Rice a Roni Creamy Four Cheese3 tbsp. Olive Oil (in place of margarine)2 c. frozen edamame (shelled)2 3 oz. cans of Starkist Chunk Light Tuna in Water(4 servings - 50 cal/serving)
Directions
Prepare Rice a Roni according to directions on box, using Olive Oil instead of margarine to saute rice

After 10 minutes of cooking, stir in frozen edamame
Recover and cook for 2-3 more minutes

Stir in two cans of tuna (drained)
Recover and cook additional 2-3 minutes
