Jen's Curried Black Bean Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1.2LB ground turkey, 93% lean1 egg, beaten0.5c bread crumbs0.25c Parmesan cheese0.25c 2% milk15oz. can black beans, drained & rinsed1tsp curry powder1 tsp basil1 tsp oregano1 tsp salt0.5tsp ground black pepper1 tsp McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning mix1T olive oil
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients EXCEPT ground turkey and olive oil.
2. Add gr. turkey. Mix well.
3. Heat oil in pan on Med to Med-High heat.
4. Cook burgers in pan until done. :)
