Cherry almond protein bars

Ingredients
Oats, dried cherries, ground flax seeds, sunflower seeds, ground cinnamon, protein powder, unsweetened applesauce, almond butter, maple syrup, almond extract, coconut oil
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Mix all together and spread in a 9X9 wax papered pan. Refrigerate for one hour. Cut into 12 sections. Wrap each bar individually and freeze until ready to eat. Pull out 5 - 10 mins before redy to eat.
