Grilled Sweet Potato

1 Golden Sweet Potato or Yam per person1 tsp Weber's Chicago Steak Grill Seasoning per Potato
Peel the poptao and rinse off with water to make Seasoning stick.
Make a piece of aluminum foil big enough to wrap the potato on all ends.
Lay the potato on the foil and sprinkle with Seasoning, roll over "stray" sprinkles for even coverage, then wrap. lay it on an upper rack of grill or among hot charcoal ashes for about 15-25 minutes (test with fork).
Enjoy a firework of flavor; Sour cream (or similar) optional.
