Farmer's Market Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 banana5 large strawberries (frozen, unsweetened)1 large granny smith apple (quartered)1 kiwi (peeled)1 navel orange (peeled and seeded)1 c. spinach1 c. kirkland greek yogurt (costco brand)1 carrot, raw (medium sized)1/4 cup orange juice (or juice of choice)1 sprig fresh mint (about 2 tbsp)2 T chia seed2 c. water2 c. ice
Directions
Place ingredients in VitaMix or blender and blend to desired consistency. In our VitaMix it takes about 5-6 minutes to blend.
