Ingredients: *Bob's Red Mill - Polenta (dry), 01 cup (remove) Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove) Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove) Butter, unsalted, 3 tbsp
Bring water to boil, stir in polenta, reduce heat and simmer until thick, approx. 20 minutes. I added seasonings during the last few minutes of cooking. This needs to be stirred fairly constantly.
