One cup Dry roasted almondsOne cup dry oatmeal2 cups Medjool dates pitted1 cup dried cherries.(I would do 2 cup cherries and only 1 cup dates next time.)You can add powdered cocoa, maybe half a cup or more depending on your taste to make chocolate cherry too. But you might not stop after one or two....hee hee hee.Kids LOVE to make these with you too, just keep their fingers out of the way.
Put all items into food processor and whirl away on pulse until it clumps together. Unplug appliance and begin scooping out paste and shaping into 1 inch balls or bars whatever you like.
