2 1/2 TBSP California Sun Dry Sun-Dried Tomato Spread 1 TBSP Olive Oil1 cup of Chicken Breast, no skin cut into 1/2in cubes1 cup Broccoli, fresh & chopped1/4 cup Spinach Leaves, fresh1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Finely Shredded1 Mama Mary's 100% Whole Wheat Pizza Crust
Put the Broccoli on boil until soft.
Cut chicken into 1/2in cubes & saute in olive oil until golden brown. Spread the sun-dried tomato sauce over the whole wheat pizza crust. Then add the 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese over the crust. Drain the Broccoli and add it to the pizza crust. Take the spinach leaves and add them to the crust. Top with the chicken and spread the remaining Parmesan cheese and put in the oven at 350 for 10-15 mins or until cheese is melted and crust is done.
Serving Size: Makes 10 slices depending on how you slice the pizza
