5 Chicken Leg Quarters1 Large Onion1 Can 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth1 Packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Peel onion and cut into large chunks and place in bottom of crock pot.
Remove skin and fat from chicken leg quarters, and place them on top of the onion.
Pour in can of chicken broth.
Sprinkle packet of onion soup mix over chicken.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Serving Size: Makes 5 leg quarters
