1/4 cup uncooked old fashioned oats1/3 cup skim milk1/4 cup low-fat Greek Yogurt1 1/2 tsp. dried chia seeds1/2 tsp. cinnamon1 tsp. honey, optional1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
In a half pint (1 cup) jar, add oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, cinnamon, and honey. put lid on jar and shake until well combined. Remove lid, add applesauce and stir until mixed throughout. Return lid to jar and refrigerate overnight or up to 2 days. Eat chilled.

I'm needing to keep my calories very low right now ( 1200 ) and I knew Id want toast with it so I used almond milk and left out the honey and the chia seeds ( I just didnt have any ) turned out grate!! I'll defiantly be trying all 6 of the recipes I found on Pinterest. is that where you found this? - 6/18/12
