Ingredients
2 1/4 cups flour1 cup sugar1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt6 T butter2 eggs1 tsp vanilla1 cup walnut pieces2 T cranberries
Directions
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut butter in until crumbly. Mix eggs 1 at a time, add vanilla, stir in nuts and cranberries. Mix well. Don't over mix cranberries. Cut mixture in 1/2. Make two balls and roll out in a log approximately 12" x 2". Flatten slightly. Bake 20 - 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove. Cool 15 - 20 minutes. Turn oven down to 325 degrees. Slice it at an angle 1/2 inch pieces. Place cut side down. Bake 20 -25 minutes.
