Ingredients
1 date Dates small slice of Lemon, peeled 1 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw 1 slice, thin Onions, raw 2 cup Spinach, fresh 1 slice Summer Squash 3 slice Summer Squash - zuchinni1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 0.50 serving Knorr Vegetarian Vegetable Bullion Cube (each) 2.50 serving Campari Tomato - (From Campari Website) 1 cloves Garlic 3 piece Sun Dried Tomatoes
Directions
Put all in the Vitamix, turn on as variable speed 1, turn up to 10 then witch to High speed. Tamp as needed. May need to add water, depending on consistency desired.
