Protein Pancake with PB2 Syrup

Ingredients
3 tablespoons protein powder2 tablespoons whole wheat pastry flour1 teaspoon baking powder1/4 cup almond milk3 tablespoons egg beaters (or egg whites)2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce1 tablespoon PB21/4 cup sugar-free syrup
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together (except PB2). Mix wet ingredients together (except syrup). Gently mix dry with wet. A few clumps are OK. Cook in a small skillet for about 3 minutes on each side, until golden in color.

For the syrup, mix pancake syrup and PB2 and heat in the microwave for 40 seconds.
