Curry Cabbage Chicken

1 small onion, sliced thinly4 cups of cabbage12 grape tomatoes, sliced in half16 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast, chopped into bite size pieces 3/4 cup of water1/2 tsp of oil1 tsp curry powder1 tsp yellow mustard seeds1 tsp cumin seeds 2 tsp of garlic1/2 tsp of chilli flakes
1. Combine all spices in a small bowl; mix well.
2. Add olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Add the spices and stir until it makes a paste.
3. Add onions and saute until they are a beautiful carmel color.
4. Add cabbage, tomatoes and water. Cover and steam cabbage for about 5 remove lid and let the water evaporate.
5. Once all the water is gone add the chicken just to heat it up. Serve immediately.
