Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients
12 oz lean ground chicken1/2 cup bread crumbs1 large egg white1/2 tbsp minced garlicdash ground pepperdash rosemarydash oreganodash thyme
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined

3. Scoop by the tablespoon and form into meatballs

4. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.


Serving Size: Makes about 8 meatballs
