Pepper, black, 1 dash Garlic, 1 clove Parsley, 0.25 cup Beef, top sirloin, 16 ozGranulated Sugar, 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp) Swansons FF beef broth, 10 oz Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp
in a separate bowl mix togther W sauce, vinegar, sugar and garlic. Spray a 10" non stick skillet with pan coat, heat over meadium. Cook bee in skillet 10 minutes, turning once until brown. Remove beef and keep warm. Add broth mixture to the skillet and heat to boiling, boil 5 minutes until reduced to 1/3 cup. Slice steak accross the grain into thin slices and serve with the sauce.4, 4oz servings
