Cinnamon Roll Pie

Ingredients
1 cup oats2 cups garbanzo or white beans, drained and rinsed 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce2 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract2 tbsp vegetable oil1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 cup Splenda1/2 cup sugar2 tbsp cinnamon
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Pour into an pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

3. Cook for 35 minutes. Let stand at least 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
