Ingredients
1/3 Cup Kellogg's All Bran Buds! Cup Soy Milk (unsweetened)1 Cup frozen mixed berries
Directions
Add Bran Buds to Soy milk and let sit for a few minutes.
Combine with partially thawed berries and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
If you want a sweeter smoothy add your favourite sweetener.
