Veggie Burger

Ingredients
1/2 cup diced onion 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs 1/4 cup chopped cilantro1 jalapeno pepper, minced & seeded2 Tbsp fat free sour cream 1 tsp hot pepper sauce 1/2 tsp ground cumin2 egg whites1 cup no sodium added black beans, rinsed & drained1 cup no sodium added whole kernel corn, drainedSalt & pepper, to taste
Directions
1. In a food processor, combine onion, bread crumbs, cilantro, jalapeno, sour cream, pepper sauce, cumin and salt & pepper and mix well. Transfer to a large bowl, and add the egg whites and mix well. Add beans and corn and mix.

2. Shape mixture into 4 equal sized patties and place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add patties to pan and cook 8 - 10 minutes on each side or until heated through.
