Matt's GMC Diet Soup

Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 large whole (3" dia) Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Celery, raw, 2 cup, dicedCabbage, fresh, .5 head, large (about 7" dia)Zucchini, 2 cup, slicedCarrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped Salt, 2 tbsp *Accent (Monosodium Glutamate), 2 gram(s) Garlic powder, 2 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Cut up all of the veggies. Toss the oil in a big pot and get it hot. Toss in the celery and onion, seat em out for a minute or four. Toss in the other veggies and seasoning and onion soup mix, stirring them up nice and juicy. Let these cook for about 3 mins, stir, then cook another 3 mins on med-high heat. Add the water and bring to a boil. Stir and lower the heat to Med low. Cook it up for an hour and a half or so, stirring occasionally.

Serving Size: Makes about 8 equal servings... about 2 cups each.
