Ingredients
Ingredients:Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 0.25 cup Almonds, 1 cup, ground Black Olives, 50 grams finely choppedChilli Peppers, 30 grams finely choppedBalsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Half cook the Quinoa (boil 5mins) but drain well add all other ingredients & mix
Spoon into a shallow dish pressing down firmly & cover
Bake until crisp.
