Use 1 lb cooked ground beef, 12 corn tortillas, 2 cups shredded cheese, 1 large can enchilada sauce, 1 lg can of black olives, sliced, 1 onion. Dip fried tortilla in heated enchilada sauce, add ingred, roll up, place in pan. Top w/cheese, onions, olives and sauce. 9x13 pan. I like Rosarita sauce. - 7/5/13

The recipe is vague and does not even tell how much is needed of each ingredient. Also, I could not find Las Palmas brand of enchilada sauce. However, it turned out good. I will make it again. - 1/25/08
