Ingredients
Boost - 1 8oz. bottle (or 8oz. Chocolate Milk 3.25%)Weider Weight Gainer powder - 1/3 cup (or 1/3 cup of powdered milk). 1 Banana (or 1/2 cup frozen mixed fruit and 1/2 cup banana)2 heaping Tbsp peanutbutter2 heaping Tbsp Nutella1/2 cup Ice (about 3 to 4 Ice Cubes)
Directions
Mix ingredients in blender. Start with liquid Boost or milk and add powder, then blend. Add Ice and remaining ingredients, and blend until mixed completly.
