2 leeks, cleaned and sliced1 can (15.5 oz) blackeyed peas1 T olive oildash salt1 clove garlic, crushed and peeled
Place olive oil in pan, heat on low. Add leeks and garlic. Cook leeks until tender. Add leeks to peas and toss with cilantro. Can garnish with lemon.
