4 Cups Organic Vegetable Broth4 Cups natural Chicken Broth2.5 lbs diced chicken breast2 cups Organic Marinara Sauce (I use chunky garden vegetable style)2 cups onion, diced3 cups shredded broccoli4 cups shredded Cabbage1 T AgaveSalt/PepperSeasonings to taste.
Brown chicken and onions in a heavy pan on stove top. I use a extra large enameled covered cast iron dutch oven. Add broths, marinara, and broccoli. Add cabbage. Add seasonings to taste, along with agave. For seasonings I generously add: herbs de France, 2 Bay leaves, marjorum, Sunny Paris Blend (from my local spice shop), small amt of garlic powder, salt and generous amount of pepper. Continue cooking in crock pot for 5-7 hours on low.
