Strawberry-Kiwi Yogurt Freezer Pops

Ingredients
1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt4 strawberries 1 tablespoon orange juice1 kiwi, peeled and slice into 4 circles4 (3 fluid ounce) paper or plastic cups4 wooden craft sticks
Directions
Puree the yogurt, strawberries, and orange juice in a blender.
Place one slice of kiwi in the bottom of each cup. Divide the berry puree among the four cups, then insert a stick into the center of each cup (press the stick into the kiwi to hold it in place). Freeze for 3 hours, then serve.

To remove the freezer pops from the cups, snip the top rim of the cup with scissors.
