1/2 Banana1 cup Frozen or Fresh Blueberries1 Dropper of Stevia1 cup water(or more to make smooth)1 Scoop of Raw Protein Organic Vanilla Powder3 Tablespoons Flax Seeds
Grind flax seeds in coffee grinder until ground fine.
Add ingredients to the Personal Blender jar in the order listed. Blend all in personal blender until smooth and creamy. Add water as needed to make smooth.
