Granola Cookies

Ingredients
3 bananas (older, soft ones work best)1 C apple sauce (unsweatened, natural)1 C slivered almonds1 C dried Cranberries1 C shreaded coconut (unsweetened if possible)1 C Chocolate chips1/4 C honey1 C peanut butter2 C Oatmeal (dry)Cinnamon to taste
Directions
mash bananas in large bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix together. Spoon out onto cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes.
