Mom's Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
1 # cooked shrimp2 pint size packages of grape tomatoes1 1/2 16 oz. box rotini1 green pepper1 red pepper1 bunch scallions3/4 cup mayo (light or reg is fine)celery saltcelery seedsaltpepperonion powder
Directions
Cook pasta, drain and allow to cool for about an hour. Cut up all the veggies and the shrimp into smaller than bite size peices (this makes a lot!). Mix together shrimp, veggies, pasta, and mayonnaise. Add celery salt, celery seed, onion powder, salt and pepper generously to taste.
