Whole-wheat oat banana pancakes

Ingredients
Whole wheat flour - 20gQuick oats - 20gStrawberry yogurt - 40mlEgg - 1 mediumBanana - 1 largeBakepowder - 1 tspSodium bicarbonate - pinchCinnamon,ginger - pinch ... just for little taste
Directions
1. in a bowl - combine banana, egg yolk & yogurt (mix it with potato 'masher')
2. cook oats (add oats to double volume boiling water and *add spices to oatmeal*)
3. add cooked oats and whole wheat flour, soda, and bakepowder to rest.... stir (with 'masher') lightly
4. 'transform' egg white to "snow" and add to bowl... stir again just to combine (do not overmix)

... grease pan with greased towel (i've used just little butter)

and you know the rest ;)
