Poppy Seed Salad

Ingredients
1 bag broccoli slaw1 bag romaine lettuce1 lg red onion1/2 c craisins1 c chow mein noodles (add last after dressing, just before serving)1/2 c mayonnaise2 tbsp rice vinegar2 tbsp brown sugar1/4-1/3 c poppy seeds
Directions
Mix together the mayonnaise, rice vinegar, brown sugar and poppy seeds.

Mix together broccoli slaw, romaine lettuce, red onion, craisins.

Pour over dressing on the salad and then just before serving add chow mein dressing

Serving Size: makes 8 1/2 cup servings
