Potato Crusted Tilapia

Four tilapia fillets1/2 cup non fat milk1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper1/2 cup dehydrated potato flakes, plain!
Mix salt, pepper and potato flakes together in a shallow bowl.
Dip fish fillets in milk and then into the potato flakes. Place in a greased baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until flaky.
