Simple Red Bell Pepper Soup

Ingredients
2 Red Bell Peppers1 Green Pepper1 Onion3 Cups Broth5 Cloves Garlic1 TBSP Paprika1/2 Cup Nonfat (Dry) milk
Directions
1. Steam sautee all vegetables with Spice until tender..add some broth if needed.
2. Add broth, cover & simmer on Medium low about 40 Minutes.
3. Puree Soup in blender.
4. Return to pot & add milk.
