1 cup skim milk1 cup raspberries, frozen unsweetened4 tsp brown sugar1 tp vanilla extract
Directions
Combine all ingredients in your blender. Add ice, if you desire a thicker smoothie. Blend, pour and drink! Very refreshing and tasty!
