Berry Pie Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1/4 c white ww flour3 tbsp BlueBonnet mixed berry whey protein powder1 tsp baking powder3 tbsp unsweetened applesauce2 tbsp 0% Greek yogurt1/2 tsp vanilla extract1/4 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk3 tbsp liquid egg whites2 vials Berry stevia
Directions
Preheat griddle/pan to medium heat and spray with nonstick spray.
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients and whisk to combine. Add wet to dry and mix (but do not overmix).
Cook about 3 tbsp of batter at a time, for about 1 1/2 minutes per side, or until fully cooked, flipping once. Enjoy!
