Chicken ounces boneless skinless chicken breast1 cup green pepper1 cup onion3 tbsp garlic4 cups stewed tomatoes1 10oz package frozen okra3 bay leaf4 tbsp olive oil6 cups cooked brown rice
cube and brown in olive oil chicken breast, onion, green pepper and garlic. Add tomato and 3 bay leaf (the ingredients say crush......do no crush!). Simmer for at least 1/2, but can be slow cooked all day. Add okra just long enough to thaw and heat through. Server over white rice and Louisiana hot sauce for extra spiciness.
