1lb ground turkey (or beef)1 46oz bottle of V8 Spicy Hot (low sodium if you can find it)1 15oz can of (hot) chili beans 1 15 oz can of black beans (low sodium)1 15oz can of tomato sauce (low sodium)1 15oz can of diced tomatoes (low sodium)1 15oz can of corn (can use 1 cup of frozen)1 1.25oz packet of (hot) chili seasoning mix (optional)1 tsp cayenne pepper1 tsp crushed red pepper1 tsp minced onionBlack pepper to taste
1. Brown ground turkey and drain.
2. Mix all ingredients into a large 5+qt. slow cooker.
3. Cook on high for about 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
4. Add crackers and/or cheese to your liking.
5. Enjoy your clear sinuses!
