Ingredients
1 & 1/2 cup flaked cooked or canned tuna (2 cans )1 & 1/2 cup dry mashed potatoes1 tbsp. finely chopped onion1/2 tsp. salt1 eggpepper to tasteflour (approx. 1/4 cup)olive oil ( approx. 1/2 tbsp.)
Directions
Combine all ingredients except flour & oil. Shape mixture into patties. Roll in flour & brown in oil.

Serving Size: 5 patties - use 1/2 cup per pattie
