Chicken Teriyaki Roll-ups

Ingredients
1 cup broccoli1/2 green pepper1/2 cup sprouts1/4 yellow onion1 large chicken breast (8 oz)2 wheat tortillas3 tbsp. teriyaki sauce2 tsp. olive oilMinced garlicSpices
Directions
1. First, grind up broccoli and green pepper, dice onion and add sprouts. Saute all in olive oil, minced garlic and spices.

2. Next, grill chicken. Finely chop.

3. Mix chicken with grilled veggies and teriyaki sauce and place evenly on warmed wheat tortillas.

4. Roll ‘em up, cut in half and enjoy!
