Mock lemon cream crustless pie

Ingredients
Ingredients:Water, tap, 1 cup Gelatin, unflavored, unsweetened (2 pkts)Granulated Sugar, 2/3 cupMountain High Lowfat Yogurt Plain, 3 cup Pure Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Lemon Juice 1/4 cup
Directions
Soften gelatin pkts in 1 cup water for 2 min. in a sauce pan.
Stir in sugar and bring to boil stirring constantly 2-3 min.until sugar and gelatin are dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Whisk in yogurt, stir in vanilla and lemon juice.
pour into 9x13 pan, cover and chill
Could be layered in parfait glasses with berries separating the layers and then chilled instead of the pan. (If making parfaits calculate the fruit nutrition)

Serving Size: 1/10th of the pan or .5 cup
