Ingredients
33g wheat bread (23g after cubed and toasted)88g baby spinach (or substitute 2c. of your favorite greens)118g grilled chicken breast, no skin132g 2/3 orange, edible sections6g parmesan12g apple cider vinegar5g olive oil1/8th t red pepper flake
Directions
Cube bread and toast for croutons.

Arrange lettuce, chicken, and orange on a plate. Add croutons and parmesan cheese.

Mix together vinegar, oil, and red pepper flake to use as dressing.
