Creamy Corn and Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
*Del Monte Summer Crisp Corn (1/2 cup) Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, diced Bush's, Black Beans, 0.5 cup *Kraft mayonaise, 1 tbsp *1/2 Avocado *Chopped Green Onions, 0.25 cup *Cilantro, 2 tsp *Vinegar, White .5 tbsp *Garlic powder *MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt *PL-Snacks (Tortilla Chips, Kroger, 100% Yellow Corn, Traditional Gold - 1 Oz), .5 serving
Directions
Mix corn, diced tomatoes, drained and rinsed beans, onions, and cilantro. Mix mayo, lime juice and vinegar and add to veggie mix. Add salt, garlic, and other season as you like. Add in diced avocado and gently mix. Sprinkle crumbled chips. (Original recipe call for adding a half cup of cooked diced chicken. Add and recalculate if you like)

Serving Size: Makes about three 1.25 cup servings.
