*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz Onions, raw, .5 large Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.5 cup kernels Chicken Broth, 1 can (10.75 oz) Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped Idaho spuds , prepared, 2 cup2 T flour 2 T olive oil
Oven 350.
Saute onion in oil . Add turkey and brown . Add frozen peas/corn . Add flour and cook 2 min. slowly add chicken broth, making a gravey . Microwave carrots and mash . In 2 quart casserole dish, put above in . layer carrots over . Make potatoes and layer ontop . bake 30 min. broil 5 min.
