Thai Chicken red curry

Ingredients
Red Curry Paste (1 Tbsp)Broccoli, medium, cut into piecesChicken, 300grVegetable Oil, 2 tbsp2 Carrots, cut into chunksCapsicum red, cut into chunks1 cup Water1 can Coconut Milk (400ml)Fish Sauce, 0.5 tbsp Salt, 1 tbspRice, medium grain, 6 cup (cooked)Onions, 1 cup, chopped
Directions
Brown onion with spices in oil. Add chicken and brown. Add coconut milk and water, simmer for a few minutes. Add chunky vegetables and cook until tender. Add fish sauce and salt to taste. Serve with rice.
